This program is made up of personalized one-on-one sessions between coach and client. We will explore your values, vision, and stress levels to create a strategy to help implement new tools creating an environment where you are in your zone of genius.
LEADERSHIP GROUP COACHING
Designed specifically for emerging leaders, and senior management. For individuals who come together in a group setting, all with a common interest to improve and take action in deepening their professional skills (transitioning to a new position, leadership development, effective communication, presentations, etc.)
These interactive group workshops are designed in a 6, 8 or 10-week modules which take place on-site and offer the participants coaching, instruction, and training.
INTERNAL EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLES
A facilitated internal discussion to have candid conversations with the executive team on topics such as:
- Employee retention and attraction
- Operational systems
- Margins shrinking across category lines
- Shorter timelines and market challenges
TEAM TRAINING WORKSHOPS
These interactive team workshops take place on-site, are geared toward building a team dynamic who are aligned and headed towards a common goal help accelerate the teams’ performance. Maybe it’s a newly formed team, an established team with new leadership, re-forming a team after an internal re-organization, or a team which isn’t motivated and is experiencing conflict.
These tailor-made multi-module workshops offer instruction, training, and coaching which encourages collaboration and commitment among the teams.
As an external consultant, Stacie has a great collaborative approach which enables her to partner well with clients and in turn, creates or adapts her content to meet the needs of customers.

1.Create to-do lists
Don’t keep it all in your head. At the beginning of each day, write on one sheet of paper what you need to get done and by when. Rank tasks according to importance or urgency. It will help you to structure your day and focus your mind. Setting your workload out in black and white will give you a realistic picture of which tasks you need to complete. Overestimating or underestimating workload can both have bad consequences.
